Our Shipping Delivery and Returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All our orders are delivered via DHL, FedEx or UPS to ensure our shipments are delivered to you safely.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Delivery

In most cases, Sistel Comunicaciones ships within 1-2 days of receiving payment, plus approximately 7-10 days for the product, to the address provided at checkout.

For custom orders, custom production time takes 3-5 business days, depending on the number of units ordered. Also, the shipping time is about the same as other normal orders.

You can contact us at any time to check the status of your order. You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped.

If you live in a rural area, delivery time may take 1 to 2 additional business days.

Refunds and Returns

Sistel Comunicaciones does not accept unreasonable returns. We provide after-sales service for six months from the delivery date. If your product fails after our 6 month warranty, you can contact us using the Contact Us section in the top right corner of any page on our website. We will try our best to solve the problem for you

For returns, Sistel Comunicaciones only accepts the quality of the product itself and we cannot be held responsible for replacing or repairing the product due to physical damage caused by the user. Also, please do not disappoint us and return it unreasonably, because we can analyze the reason for the equipment failure of the returned jammer.

In the event of equipment failure, please contact us and we will send you the address of our warehouse (this is not the address listed in every footer of the website). You must send the product to us via a carrier with a tracking number/bill of lading. Shipping costs for returned products are borne by the customer. Again we will provide repaired or replaced equipment.

The entire process takes approximately 2-4 weeks to complete, usually less.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
